The G6136T LTD 140th Anniversary Falcon commemorates 140 years of unmistakable Gretsch sound. This anniversary-edition electric is built with a 17″-wide hollowbody featuring a solid Adirondack red spruce top, laminated maple body and ML bracing. This is paired to a maple neck and ebony fingerboard, and includes a Bigsby B6CP tailpiece. It’s powered by FT-67 Filter’Tron humbucking pickups, which were designed to capture authentic vintage Gretsch voicing but with a more well-rounded tone for modern playing styles. This powerful pair of pickups provide open and pristine top-end chime, glassy midrange, robust low end and balanced harmonics for tone that blends seamlessly with other instruments.
